We, like you, are closely monitoring the global situation so that we can take the necessary steps to ensure we are doing the right thing as a business and for society. We have teams across the company that are working hard to ensure we protect the health of our employees as well as the productivity and continuity of our business.

Despite current circumstances our market position globally is strong, we are extremely well funded and we have huge opportunities ahead. We are working with customers remotely and our products are shipping. We are therefore continuing to hire the best global talent.

For the time being, our hiring process has shifted to adapt to the new circumstances. While we love getting to know you in a face-to-face interview, your interviews will now likely take place via video call. It’s also possible that your start date will be a little delayed or we might need to ask you to work from home when you first join. Our recruiters are here to support you with any questions you may have.

Our team has adapted remarkably well to the new way of working. Our team in China is now making a phased return to our Beijing office and we have learnt a lot from their experience of working and hiring remotely.

Onboarding programs, team meetings, one-on-ones, and even coffees and lunches are now being held remotely. The fact that we are a technology company and that our core systems are fully cloud-based is, fortunately, making us very flexible in how we operate. Our culture of "freedom with responsibility" means many of us are already used to working from home occasionally, and while we are working from home full-time right now, our established systems and processes are keeping us productive.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the virus and we hope for a speedy return to normality.

Stay healthy and safe.
